Once you join you will be given a student handbook that will cover most of the questions you will have in the beginning.

Adult GI 101 (with uniform) Monday and Tuesday 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM
Adult GI 201 Monday and Tuesday 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Adult No-GI 101 (without uniform) Thursday 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM
Adult No-GI 201 Thursday 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
