You will learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, intermediate / advanced technique and strategies the correct way, the first time at our academy.

Private lessons availible in BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing, Floro Fighting Systems (weapons) and Personal Training.
Adult GI (with uniform) Monday 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Tuesday Adult NO-GI (without uniform) 7:30 - 9:00 PM
Wednesday Adult GI (with uniform) 7:30 - 9:00 PM
Thursday Adult GI (with uniform) 7:30 - 9:00 PM
Sunday MMA conditioning and Training 8:30 - 10:00 AM - blue belt or higher only
